ROLI Learn is a digital software application providing access to interactive music learning tools. It is not a structured educational course, tutoring service, or computer-skills instruction programme within the meaning of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
This page provides mandatory disclosures in accordance with Article 11 of Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Please review before using ROLI Learn subscription services, ROLI Learn for Casio Subscription services, or purchasing Desktop Software and Soundpack Products or hardware products on roli.com.
Specific terms applicable to each product or service (including any free trial period, payment timing, and refund eligibility) are set out in Sections 2 and 3 below.
This Notation applies to (i) ROLI Learn subscriptions, (ii) ROLI Learn for Casio subscriptions, (iii) software products, and (iv) hardware products, in each case sold by Luminary ROLI Ltd. via roli.com to customers in Japan. The Casio hardware device used to access ROLI Learn for Casio is sold separately by Casio Computer Co., Ltd. under Casio's own terms of sale and warranty, and is not within the scope of this Notation.

Payment Timing | Subscriptions - ROLI Learn for Casio 30-day free trial with full access. Payment details are collected at the time of activation. No charges are made during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If not cancelled, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period. Subscriptions - ROLI Learn Payment is charged at the time of activation. If you are not satisfied, you may cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, standard cancellation terms apply. Subscriptions - First Charge Automatic charge on Day 31 after trial ends. Solo: Annual Plan: ¥18,990 (tax inclusive) / Monthly Plan: ¥2,390 (tax inclusive) Subscriptions - Automatic Renewal Annual: auto-renewed on the same date each year. Monthly: auto-renewed on the same date each month. Subscriptions - Manual Renewal Subscription auto-renew feature can be turned off. Policy | ROLI Learn for Casio- Free Trial (Days 1–30) Cancel anytime during the 30-day free trial with zero charges. ROLI Learn: No free trial is offered. You have a 30 day return window in which you can receive a full refund if you are not satisfied. Thereafter normal cancellation terms apply. Subscriptions - After Activation (Day 31 onwards) Due to the digital nature of the service, no refunds are available once service access has commenced. Subscription Cancellation Cancel anytime via roli.com/account/membership. Service access continues until end of current billing period. No pro-rata refunds. roli.com/account/membership. |
Cooling-Off | Mail Order Sales are not subject to statutory cooling-off provisions under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. However, you may cancel the subscription anytime during the 30-day free trial with no charges. |
Seller Liability | Where goods delivered do not conform to the contract, the seller will repair, replace, or refund at its reasonable discretion. |
