Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/BFPO addresses.

How will I know when my goods have dispatched?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from one of our couriers (be sure to check your spam folder). This email will include a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.

Will I have to pay import taxes and duties?

We include the cost of all import duties and taxes in most countries, however, customs fees will need to be paid prior to delivery for orders to Norway and Switzerland.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from one of your regional couriers mentioned in the table above (be sure to check your spam folder). This email will include a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

All of our deliveres require a signature. If you are not able to sign for the delivery yourself, please ensure you know the person who is signing on your behalf.

What happens if I missed my scheduled delivery?

UPS will attempt 3 delivery attempts to your address, if they cannot make a delivery by the 3rd attempt, the package will be returned to sender.

If you miss a delivery you can request delivery to an access/local collection point.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We’re sorry to hear your order was damaged in transit. Our Creator Support team will be able to arrange a collection for your damaged goods at your earliest convenience. Alternatively you may prefer to return the goods at your own cost.
