These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you Preorder a product from Luminary ROLI Ltd, online. By placing a Preorder you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, so please ensure you have read and understood them carefully before you place a Preorder.
Pre-released orders (“Preorders”) are orders for products (“Products”) that are not yet available for general sale from Luminary ROLI LTD (“ROLI”). In order to place a Preorder, you will need to provide certain information, including but not limited to your name, address, and billing information. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate and up to date. If we do not have accurate information, we will not be able to keep you informed. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. The Company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. ROLI will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please consult our Privacy Policy here before submitting a Preorder.
Pre-orders are released on a first come first serve basis, and you will be given a Batch number during the checkout process and on payment completion. If your product is ready before the confirmed batch date then we may ship out your order earlier. If this happens you will be notified prior to shipping. Although ROLI will make reasonable efforts to begin delivering its products at the estimated delivery date, you hereby acknowledge and agree that the estimated delivery date is only an estimate and is subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to Release dates or Preorder windows advertised by us.
If you have ordered several Products at one time or a bundle, the in stock items will be delivered in accordance with the shipping timeline stated, and is not considered a pre-order item.
When you place a Preorder you will need to pay the full upfront price of the Product. You may cancel your Preorder and get a full refund of your Preorder Payments at any time before the Product has been despatched.
You may cancel a Preorder at any time prior to the Product being despatched (“Despatch Notice”) by submitting a cancellation request here. If cancellation occurs before the Despatch Notice, you will be entitled to a full refund of your Preorder payment.
If cancellation occurs after the Dispatch Notice, the Returns policy will apply.
Your Preorder is also subject to our ROLI Learn Subscription Terms of Use and General Terms of Sale. We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Please check our website for updates.
These Terms are governed according to English law. Any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts by English law.
