Brexit update

Since the UK left the EU in January there have been several updates to the shipping regulations around imports and exports into the EU from the UK, most notably the origin of goods, the commercial value of the product, and the new documentation policies for the movement of electronic goods.

As a result of these changes our team has seen occasional transit delays from our UK warehouse into the EU, however, we are working hard behind the scenes to avoid these delays for you. If you find your order is stuck in transit and not moving beyond 5 days please contact our support team and we will investigate the issue for you.

Do you deliver to PO boxes and BFPO addresses?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/BFPO addresses.

Do you deliver to hotels?

We are unable to ship to hotel addresses.

When will my items be dispatched?

Seaboard RISE 2 is now in stock and will dispatch in 5 business days from order in most countries.
For Canada and Europe, please allow 7-9 business days for dispatch.
LUMI Keys Studio Edition is now in stock and will dispatch in 5 business days from order in most countries and 7 business day for Europe.
Snapcase will dispatch in 7 business days.

Seaboard Block M pre-orders batch number will be indicated in your order confirmation email. The batch will dispatch as follow:

How will I know when my goods have dispatched?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from your our courier UPS (be sure to check your spam folder). This email will include a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.

Will I have to pay import taxes and duties?

We include the cost of all import duties and taxes in your order, so you won't need to pay any additional fees.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

All of our deliveres require a signature. If you are not able to sign for the delivery yourself, please ensure you know the person who is signing on your behalf.

What happens if I missed my scheduled delivery?

UPS will attempt 3 delivery attempts to your address, if they cannot make a delivery by the 3rd attempt, the package will be returned to sender.

If you miss a delivery you can request delivery to an access/local collection point.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We’re sorry to hear your order was damaged in transit. Our Creator Support team will be able to arrange a collection for your damaged goods at your earliest convenience. Alternatively you may prefer to return the goods at your own cost.
