Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from your our courier UPS (be sure to check your spam folder). This email will include a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.
Your country may require you to pay an import charge for your products. This may result in you having to pay additional charges which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout. The amount of custom duty and import VAT payable will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country. We will not be able to tell you the cost as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. ROLI is not liable for these charges. Only deliveries within the EU require a signature to confirm you’ve received your order correctly. If you are not able to sign for the delivery yourself, please ensure you know the person who is signing on your behalf.
UPS will attempt 3 delivery attempts to your address, if they cannot make a delivery by the 3rd attempt, the package will be returned to sender.
If you miss a delivery you can request delivery to an access/local collection point.
