What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are dependent on the product(s) purchased. If you are purchasing more than one type of our products, please add up each cost for the total shipping amount.

For example, if you are purchasing a Lightpad Block M and a Seaboard RISE 25 to be shipped to Hong Kong the total cost would be $130.

DELIVERY FAQS

Do you deliver to PO boxes and BFPO addresses?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/BFPO addresses.

Do you deliver to hotels?

We are unable to ship to hotel addresses.

When will my items be dispatched?

We’re so thankful our products are in high demand however as a result we are experiencing delays with our shipments to our creators:

Seaboard GRAND Stage orders dispatch within 8 weeks.
Beatmaker Kit and Snapcase 3/4 orders dispatch within 4 weeks.
Lightpad Block M, Seaboard Block, Seaboard RISE 25 and Seaboard RISE 49 orders dispatch within 5 business days.
All other orders dispatch within 10 business days.

What are delivery times once dispatched?

UK + Europe UPS Standard Monday to Friday within 5 business days
Rest of the world UPS Worldwide Express Saver Monday to Friday within 5 - 10 business days

How will I know when my goods have dispatched?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from your courier – FedEx in North America and UPS for rest of the world (be sure to check your spam folder). This email will include a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.

Will I have to pay import taxes and duties?

Your country may require you to pay an import charge for your products. This may result in you having to pay additional charges which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout. The amount of custom duty and import VAT payable will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country. We will not be able to tell you the cost as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. ROLI is not liable for these charges. We would advise that you check your local import tax regulations before ordering.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from your courier – FedEx in North America and UPS for rest of the world (be sure to check your spam folder). This email will include a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature to confirm you’ve received your order correctly. If you are not able to sign for the delivery yourself, please ensure you know the person who is signing on your behalf.

What happens if I missed my scheduled delivery?

UPS - will attempt 3 delivery attempts to your address, if they cannot make a delivery by the 3rd attempt, the package will be returned to sender.

FedEx - will attempt 2 delivery attempts to your address, if they cannot make a delivery after the 2nd attempt, the package will be returned to sender.

If you miss a delivery you can request delivery to an access/local collection point.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We’re sorry to hear your order was damaged in transit. Our Creator Support team will be able to arrange a collection for your damaged goods at your earliest convenience. Alternatively you may prefer to return the goods at your own cost.
