Each of ROLI Piano’s 49 full-size keys also feature polyphonic aftertouch and respond to Strike and Lift for expressive control of MPE sounds. The included ROLI Dashboard allows you to customize exactly how each of ROLI Piano’s four modes work — here’s how we do it:
Piano Mode
This ebony-and-ivory color scheme keeps it simple: There’s no scale information by default, and disabling pitch bend makes it easy to stay in tune.
Pro Mode
Pro mode adds in pitch bend and aftertouch for more expressive playing. It also highlights the root note of your selected scale.
Stage Mode
Put on a show with ROLI Piano’s full spectrum of colors. Keys start dimmed, then flash on and off as you play.
User Mode
Freely select whichever colors and features best match your needs — or your outfit.
ROLI Studio
Find your flow with ROLI Studio, a pair of premium MPE-enabled plug-ins designed for and included free with ROLI Piano. ROLI Studio Player and ROLI Studio Drums contain more than 400 expressive melodic and percussive presets, as well as a suite of inspiring creative tools.
Powered-up performances
Light your chosen scale directly on ROLI Piano's keys, then craft emotive sequences with a single finger using Smart Chords and create evolving patterns with the three-layered MPE arpeggiator.
Suited to any setup
ROLI Piano connects to your computer or tablet via USB-C, or wirelessly with Bluetooth. It works with all major DAWs and a rapidly growing number of software instruments. There’s also a MIDI output for hooking up hardware.
