LUMI is now a part of ROLI

LUMI is entering a new era of music-making with ROLI. You'll notice some changes as LUMI integrates the ROLI brand.

Q: What does it mean that LUMI is now part of ROLI?

A: LUMI has always been a part of the ROLI family. This update simply means creating a more connected community between learners and creators. With this, there will be more opportunities and benefits for you as a customer, such as greater access to resources with a wider blog section spotlighting artists that both learn and create, helpful music learning resources, a friendly support team that has experience across all our ROLI products and a wider community of music lovers to keep you inspired on your learning journey. 

Q: How will this affect my LUMI products and services?

A: While all your current products and services will remain the same and you will continue to receive the same level of support and service, you may notice some changes in the names across our website and app. The LUMI Music app will be known as ROLI Learn and your LUMI Keys will now be referred to as ROLI Piano M. Your login and account pages will be hosted on roli.com and you can sign in at roli.com/signin.

Rest assured, we remain committed to developing your platform to provide you with the best learning experience possible, and joining the ROLI community will enhance your experience by providing access to a larger community and more resources.

Q: Where can I upgrade or change my LUMI subscription? 

A: To upgrade or change your LUMI (ROLI Learn) subscription, simply log in to your account on roli.com/signin to check the status of your membership. Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of your monthly or annual membership plan, but you can cancel at any time.

Q: Where should I register my LUMI membership code?

A: You can register the LUMI (ROLI Learn) membership code you received via email when you create a ROLI Learn account. You will be prompted to enter your code to complete your account registration process.

Q: Will the ROLI Piano M Snapcase work for my LUMI?

A: ROLI Piano M Snapcases are compatible with LUMI Keys. Snapcases are available in various colors, so you can protect your Piano M in your own style. You can shop for Snapcases here.

Q: Is a Piano M compatible with LUMI Keys?

A: Yes, Piano M uses the exact same hardware as LUMI Keys, just with a new name, so they are fully compatible with each other. Piano M and LUMI Keys are designed with DNA connectors that click together magnetically to expand the octave range of your instrument. You free your musical ideas with ease and get creative. Once two keyboards are connected, you can separate them and they will still remember the pairing, giving you total versatility for performance and music-making.

When used with the ROLI Learn app, connecting two keyboards unlocks more opportunities to learn with two-handed lessons, more songs, and greater challenges to grow your piano skills.
