Terms and conditions

Welcome to the LUMINARY ROLI London Calling competition ("Competition"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Competition. By entering the Competition, participants ("You", "Your") are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Europe, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, aged 18 and over, except employees of LUMINARY ROLI, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or the Competition.

Competition Period

The Competition begins on October 1st 2025 and ends on 31st January 2026 at midnight PST ("Competition Period"). Entries submitted after the Competition Period will not be considered.

How to Enter

To enter the Competition, participants must:

1. Take a pic or video of you learning or creating music with your new ROLI kit
2. Share publicly on socials (Insta, TikTok or Facebook) using #ROLImoment
3. Tag us @roli_learn or @roli_create 
4. Send the link to social@roli.com
5. Don’t forget to include your ROLI kit in the shot!

Prizes

The Prize is as stated, and no other alternatives will be offered. The Grand Prize is not transferable and must be used by Sept 30 2026.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on social media within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Data Protection and Publicity

By entering this Competition, You agree that any personal information provided by You with the Competition entry may be held and used only by LUMINARY ROLI or its agents and suppliers to administer the Competition.

If You are the winner, You agree that LUMINARY ROLI may use Your name, image, and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this Competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

Rights to Use Submitted Content

By entering this Competition, You grant LUMINARY ROLI and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works of the entries (along with a name credit) in connection with the Competition and promotion of the Competition, in any media now or later developed, including but not limited to:

• Online advertisements and promotions, including on social media platforms and websites;
• Email marketing campaigns;
• Social media marketing;
• In-store displays and point-of-sale materials;
• Out-of-home advertising such as billboards and digital screens;
• Broadcast advertising including television and radio spots.
