Tips & Tricks: Changing sensitivity of the Seaboard RISE
To the left side of the Seaboard Rise you will find a panel of buttons and faders. Each fader represents three of the 5 Dimensions - from left to right: Slide, Glide and Press. The first fader will boost or reduce the sensitivity of the playing surface to the Slide effect, the second to the Glide effect and the third to the depth of press. For example, if you reduce the third fader to zero, then it does not matter how much you increase or reduce the pressure on the keywaves, the sound that will be produced will be the same even tone and velocity. These three faders allow you to control the sensitivity and expressivity of the Rise while you play.
